If you want classics and authentic experience, Ford’s Model A will give you just that! It is one of the most commonly encountered cars in the streets in the 1920s and 1930s. It best attests to its, quite justified, popularity. However, there is no reason to worry that you will be deprived of a unique experience because the model we offer is one of the few that is still in running order today. The Model A was used by John Dillinger, a famous bank robber, on a chase, escaping police. It is probably an urban legend, but it’s been said that there are letters in which Dillinger, as well as the famous Bonnie and Clyde, thank Henry Ford, noting that they only use his vehicles for their hikes.
Although it was difficult to beat the Model T, Ford succeeded in doing so with the Model A, producing nearly 5,000,000 vehicles in just four years (1928–1931), despite the economic crisis affecting the United States at the time. During this period, Ford dominated the market thanks to innovative solutions, many of which are still in use, and it’s considered one of the first modern cars for a reason. Among other things, this is the first car to have an impenetrable windshield glass, as well as foot controls that are in exactly the same place they are today. Believe it or not, it’s been produced in as many as 37 versions!
